If you are a new customer, please read this:

 

Order forms are sent out on Friday afternoons, usually around 3pm but this is dependent on how soon we can get availability forms from different farmers and agencies.

 

The form is sent out as an editable Excel Spread Sheet. Simply fill in your details at the top of the form, excluding your account number if you are a first timer, this will be assigned to you once you place your first order.  Now simply type in a numeral e.g. 1,2,3 etc in the "Items" column next to the items you want to order - indicating how many of each you would like.  The spread sheet will do all the calculations for you.  Delivery fees, if applicable, will be added once your form has been received - see delivery fees and notes on the second sheet.

Once you have completed the form, you can either save it to your hard drive then mail it to me or you can click on the Office Button, on the top left of your screen, then click send, then click email, the type in midlandsorganicszn@gmail.com in the "TO" field.  The form will be sent as an Excel attachment back to me with your order.

I will send you your invoice once I receive your order, you will then have 24 hours to do an EFT, or please contact me to make an alternative arrangement.

After all the orders have been received, I collate them and then send them off to the various farmers and agencies.  I then collect the stock and deliver to your home or work address on Thursday during the course of the day, please be sure to put an address where someone will be present on Thursday.

Should a particular stock item suddenly become unavailable unexpectedly, then that item and its respective amount gets credited to your account or placed on back order and carried over to the next week or until you place another order.
